The O Antiphons are Magnificat antiphons sung or recited at Vespers from December 17-23. Each antiphon is a name of Christ, one of his attributes mentioned in Scripture.

Exodus 3:1-6, 6:6, 19:16-19, 20:1-6
O Adonai [Lord], and leader of the House of Israel,
who appeared to Moses in the fire of the burning bush
and gave him the law on Sinai:
Come and redeem us with an outstretched arm.

I have noticed that these O Antiphons are also the alleluia verse preceding the Gospel reading at Mass.
