Coquito

We recently discovered this delicious Latin American drink which seems like a good equivalent to eggnog. If eggnog were a coconut delight.

    I just discovered it too! My Admin at work made it homemade and gave me a bottle as a Christmas present. It's delicious! She said it was Puerto Rican though. If anything it sounds Peruvian to me. But delicious. I think I'll have a little nip again. ;)
