They're hunkering down at Mom's place and hopefully will have the cheerful hurricane party experience that my husband recalls from his Houstonian childhood experiences.
Please keep them in your prayers.
As well as all of those in the storm's path, like Bridget!
St. Medard, patron saint for protection against bad storms, pray for them!

I will keep them in my prayers!!
ReplyDeleteCan I ask that you add my family and me to your prayers? We are in northeast FL. I'm trying not to panic, but it's hard not to be anxious! St. Medard, patron saint for protection against bad storms, pray for us!
ReplyDeleteOf course! Praying for all ...
DeleteMe too! Praying hard for all of you! My son-in-law's uncle lives in Jacksonville and they are staying there. Very concerned about them too.
DeleteThank you for your prayers! We made it through ok - no damage, power only out for 9hrs, food still good in freezer and fridge. We are so blessed and grateful! The damage and flooding in other parts of town and just south of us is incredible. Thanks again and God bless you!
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteIt's all over at this point. I hope everything turned out well.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I haven't been here in a while, but I like your new background and layout.
