Worth a Thousand Words: Snow

Kamisaka Sekka 1866-1942

We are getting precious little snow this year. In fact, today the temperature is supposed to be 80. Incroyable! Tomorrow should drop about 20 degrees as a cold front comes through but that is still far from being winter temperatures.

As a snow lover, I enjoyed looking through The Linosaurus' latest collection of snow prints. Check it out.

One day of snow in NYC which amounted to less than four inches. I can live with that!! If winters were always like this, I probably wouldn't consider moving south when I retire.

I don't think I've commented before on this, but your image of the day posts are frequently wonderful and beautiful, and bring a joyous sense of peace, calm, and joy to my perusal of the blogosphere.
Thank you for the wonderful art and wide variety.
