Worth a Thousand Words: A New Day

A New Day
taken by Cheryl Doyle-Ruffing at Faith-Filled Photographers
In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus tells us: “Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his life span” (6: 26-27)? So it’s not the change that’s the problem; it’s worrying about change that’s the problem.
Faith-Filled Photographers find creative inspiration in our Christian tradition. After all, what better place to look for inspiration than the Church? For anyone who, like me, remembers Jordan who blogged at Contemplating the Laundry, it will be a treat to reconnect (she's now using her real name, Jessica). However, I think you'll find it a treat anyway. Jessica and Cheryl combine gorgeous photography with contemplation about living faith-filled lives. Go check it out.

Julie,

Thank you so much for the shout-out. I started exploring your blog last week, after Jessica told me about it. I love your conversion story. God does work in mysterious and wonderful ways, doesn't He? I look forward to reading more and learning more about you.
